Crystal James-Goodwin has built an extensive career as a Global Entertainment Executive in television, program management and is now specializing in International Programming, Content & Strategy for BET’s International channels and digital platforms. For over 20 years, Crystal’s experience has allowed for expansion and growth of brands around the world, across multiple platforms and now global streaming services! 

 

Crystal is an unequivocal and undeniable lover of “Old School Hip Hop” (“Bamboo earrings, at least two pair!”), is the child of a music industry legend and naturally enjoys many aspects of the entertainment industry including, but not limited to, singing, songwriting, producing and mentoring musical artists.  As her gifts, talents, and desire to teach and guide intersect, Crystal truly considers herself a “Jill of All Trades”!

 

As a blessed and busy married mother, Crystal still finds time to teach Soul Line Dancing Classes in her community as she wholeheartedly believes in dancing her way to a healthier life!
