The Ladies First Chit-Chat Crew is a vibrant talk show that honors the voice of the everyday woman. ​

Our Story
The Ladies First Chit-Chat Crew launched on March 28, 2020, as a one-time virtual gathering to uplift women during the pandemic. What began as a single Saturday of support quickly grew into a global sisterhood, created by Nikki Kimbrough to give women space to “put yourself first” and explore what that truly means.
Today, five dynamic women, Nikki Kimbrough, La Shell Wooten, Chondra Profit, Crystal James-Goodwin, and Nikki Unbossed lead candid, uplifting conversations centered on personal growth, wellness, reinvention, and joy. Together, they resonate deeply with women 35+ navigating life, work, and purpose, offering inspiration, real connection and a call to take
inspired action.
